This is how I arrived at my decision to go for the Holy Grail of Internet Marketing.
These are the numbers!
It took a lot of time to discover the various systems available out there & decide which one I could do, that would work for me.

It took a lot of time to discover the various systems available out there & decide which one I could do, that would work for me.
I want to begin with a story so you will remember the gist of this whole message.
You are about to commence an online business to hopefully earn some extra (or a lot of extra) cash...right?
So I will liken this event to digging a dam & laying pipes to set up your money flow. We're not talking about product, value or bonuses here...only the pipeline part of the system itself.
To begin, you will need to know where the best area to collect run off from rain....Prospects/customers (traffic)
Next, you will need the correct tools to dig a dam, a pond, a well, a puddle, a stream....?
How big a receptacle/list do you want???
Will you use a bulldozer, tractor & excavator. You wouldn't use a shovel or a teaspoon...or are you?...would you?
The dam will need to be built to ensure excessive leakage doesn't occur, so some extra care will be needed to reinforce the dam inner surfaces with a special substance to help prevent water leakage,(loosing your customers).
Next comes the pipeline from the dam to you! (You are the end money receptacle)
This is your money flow system. (The dam is the money source, your list)
It's very important to dig the pipe trenches deep enough to keep the pipes secure from harm & vandalism.
Again, you must use the correct tools to dig trenches the right depth to take the size of pipes you want.
Next comes the type & size of your pipes & line.
At first, your pipeline will deliver a trickle of "water", but must be strong enough to eventually take a raging torrent only if you choose!
So the pipes must be laid deep & secure enough & be able to take gushes of flow over sustained periods.
So, now you have the gist of it.
The cycle is now unstoppable!
Maintain all areas, dam capacity, leakage, pipes, pumps & your money receiving receptacle, you.
Now & only now should you look at automating this system & dig another dam!
Plan your project
Dig your dam. Metrics, markets, products, how big, how much, where, when, why?

Money receptacle; You, are you able to receive large amounts of money? Are you a $100 a month person $1,000, $10,000 or $100,000 a month person? You must prepare yourself and become that person
Filling dam.List leakage will occur, reinforce, give good stuff & lots of it...
Open taps, flush out pipes(give free stuff) & watch for leaks, First sales to list, test & improve processes & systems
Increase flow; Upsell, OTO's, Backend Sales, Consulting, Seminars etc
Keep the rain coming to top up the dam. Biggest effort
Dig more dams...repeat the process, again & again!
I had to learn & do all of this to get to this next stage...the seemingly easy & fun stuff!

- Increase the flow...
- Keep filling the dam with water (traffic)
The cycle is now unstoppable!

I decided to just Go For It!

100,000 responsive people on my list in 5 years time who buy from me regularly.
Now this could be OK in itself...At that time I could just...
Send out a targeted e-mail every month or so, to 100,000 people on my list & at a sale response rate of just a miserable 2%, that's 2,000 sales.
OK, for those monthly mail outs my product could be say...$27...that's a nice little $54,000 a month... I figured!
Imagine if my product was sold for $100! That's sick... $200,000...a month!
Now I was becoming seriously ill...
This is what they don't often tell you about ...the virtues of building a hyper responsive list.
Now I know why! I don't think most of us could handle it!

- Find out how much money is it possible to earn online in a year?
- How long could it take anyone to earn that amount?
- How much do I want to earn?
- Why do I want to earn my desired amount of money?
- What value am I going to give in return for it?
- What skills do I need to do that?
- How long will it take me to do it?

If my target million dollar day was say 5 years hence, how many sign ups a month would I need?
OK, that's easy...only about 1600 sign ups a month!
or
about 52 or so sign ups a day...
Now, the next thing is to find out HOW to do this in the specified time!
That's where I fell out of the wagon so many times with stress, panic & so on.
Talk about falling out of it, I fell out, off, under, got rolled & stomped upon by thundering hooves to boot!
Then, I discovered a couple of secrets that gave me the keys of the online kingdom (for me anyway)
Secret One...
One of the gurus, in those videos I put on here for you to have a look at, said when he began online, he tried everything & exhausted himself over about 5 or more years, trying so hard to make things work & ended up $100,000 in debt & wound up in hospital...sounds familiar?
So he thought about the whole online saga thing & decided to find what would sensibly work for him.
He wanted to repay his debt & at the same time create an income that he could live on in some sort of comfort.
He worked out how much annual income would solve his challenges & he'd start from there.
He figured $40,000 pa, would do the trick for him & when recovered, began his quest without the hype & expectation of anything more than an achievable $800 a week.
He made that $40,000 in the next few months & went on to become the first person to create $1 million dollars online in a day! His Google page has gone now, I just checked, but Anthony Robbins interviews him in the video here...so it's real!

My daughter on Xmas Uni break, was holidaying with us & ended up breaking her leg, so another delay arrived to try & stymie my Quest. She was not allowed to put her foot to the floor, so was virtually bed ridden for almost 6 weeks. It's that or an operation we were told, so bed & crutches it was!
I used the down time to rest up & research a bit & found my next steps...in fact, so many, I can hardly believe my "luck"...
It's just so exciting, I have my whole plan here now, almost a day by day plan. I combined a bunch of info I had laying around, with a bunch of new info & voila...
